So many options to choose from! Relaxing in the Normatec Compression Boots watching Netflix, Infrared or Traditional Sauna, Ice Bath, Red Light Therapy or Oxygen Airpod. A great place to recover so you can continue training hard and performing at a high level in your chosen field.

The experience was great. It was nice and simple. There is a couple of accessibility issues and challenges that made me review a 4/5 stars. First of all, the hooks are way too tall in both change rooms and toilets, especially in the disabled toilet. The hooks are inaccessible to hook on a toiletry bag. In other bathhouses there's always a small stool in the change rooms and I had to literally sit on the floor to put on my clothes, lotion and cream. The fold out bench is NOT STABLE. I have no idea how this is disability friendly. I would suggest putting on handles to enter and exit the spa.

I had my very first lymphatic drainage session with Lauren yes and honestly I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, Lauren made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt relaxed throughout the whole session. I had a massage, back exfoliation and body wrap and absolutely loved the experience. The treatments were incredibly relaxing and done with so much care, I felt comfortable and well looked after the entire time. The therapist was professional and the service was great value for money. The reception experience wasn’t great as they were on their phone and didn’t really make eye contact, but they appear to operate independently of her business and it definitely didn’t reflect the quality of the treatments or overall experience. I will definitely be returning!!

Sara is a very professional and experienced therapist. I’ve had a facial which was very relaxing and my skin felt amazing for days after. Her salon is inviting and she makes you feel comfortable from the time you arrive. Great herbal tea too!

I recently had a remedial and lymphatic drainage massage with Lauren and had an amazing experience. She was very attentive to my needs and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The space was calm and welcoming, which really helped me relax. The lymphatic drainage massage left me feeling lighter and less bloated, and I noticed improved circulation over the next few days. I recently had my first lymphatic drainage massage with Lauren, and it was an incredible experience! I was a bit nervous going in since I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Lauren truly has hands of gold. She made me feel completely at ease, creating such a calming atmosphere allowing me to fully relax. The results after the massage were amazing, I felt lighter, more energised, & just overall better. Totally relaxing

Angelique aesthetics always makes the experience amazing from beginning to the end. Brows are always looking great. Never have to complain about the results. I love as well that she always offers me a tea or some water when I arrive to make sure I’m fully relaxed and then talks me through each of the steps of the process while she’s doing it.
