Sabrina did a great deep tissue massage. Very intuitive and knows what she is doing. The massage room is beautiful and relaxing. I fell asleep a few times I was that relaxed ... Oops .

I had my very first lymphatic drainage session with Lauren yes and honestly I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, Lauren made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt relaxed throughout the whole session. A wonderful massage from Jane. I felt relaxed, and physically better after my 60-min treatment. Jane was truly amazing, working her magic on some seriously tight muscles. Definitely will be going here on the regular. Everyone is super friendly, the space relaxing, clean and tranquil.

My facial with Tanya was unbelievably beautiful and relaxing, the most amazing facial i have ever had and it wont be my last with Tanya. I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable and treated with such care and kindness, I was absolutely spoilt rotten and pampered like a princess , thanks Tanya.

We are visiting from the states and we are so glad we found this place!! We booked a 90 minutes combination couple massage and we couldn’t be happier :) our therapists were Vivi and Suzy. They were very experienced and got all the right spots. They have five branch! We will definitely be back when we travel to Melbourne! ❤️

Mew is a great masseuse. She applied the right amount of pressure (a lot) to areas that needed it and focused on the areas that we had discussed. Excellent session and I would recommend her to anyone who needs a firm massage as well as a relaxing one.

Angelique Spa was so relaxing. I went with my mum for Mothers Day, we had the 45 min massage and 30 min facial - they were both amazing! The masseuse had the most perfect technique and tension. Would absolutely recommend and will be back!

So many options to choose from! Relaxing in the Normatec Compression Boots watching Netflix, Infrared or Traditional Sauna, Ice Bath, Red Light Therapy or Oxygen Airpod. A great place to recover so you can continue training hard and performing at a high level in your chosen field.

Sara is a very professional and experienced therapist. I’ve had a facial which was very relaxing and my skin felt amazing for days after. Her salon is inviting and she makes you feel comfortable from the time you arrive. Great herbal tea too!

Absolutly incredible! Its like there is something in the air to make you relax the minute you walk in the door. Then the bathhouse has this beautiful hum of the bubbles that sink you deeper into rest. Its like a nap on steroids. I feel like the extras of sauna & cold plung are a steal! Thanks so much for making this so perfectly laid out & such an impactful experience. I look forward to making more time to visit more frequently.
