His calm demeanour and non judgemental character creates such open and peaceful vibes and his complete confidence in achieving the results needed leaves me feeling positive rather than being in a constant state of despair! i am on very exciting journey to reclaim my health and vitality again. The infrared sauna experience at Samsara Health is, in my opinion, a must have experience. It’s not only explicitly clean, comfortable and private, it’s an experience that enables you to fully immerse yourself in relaxation whilst you recover, revitalise or reset. The amenities are perfect and the care and service impeccable.

Very welcoming, calm space with attentive staff . Came away relaxed and will definitely head back .. love the infrared sauna combined with a much needed massage

I have done the red light saunas here and 2x sessions of myotherapy with Jemma. The red light sauna is relaxing and pretty affordable for couples, with the choice of watching netflix or listening to music inside to get through the 45min session (haha). The myotherapy sessions have been a great help for me during pregnancy as my body and bones move and old injuries and new irritations arise, I will be sure to continue these each month so I don't end up in a pickle and can use my private health to help with costs for these sessions (depends what is included in your private health).

The clinic is warmly presented and so are the staff, very helpful and friendly. I've been seeing Gemma for a few years now and she's like an angel helping me with my muscle spasms with acupuncture and massages and as I am non-verbal Gem gets my feedback from using muscle testings. Though not every session is exactly the same as Gem has a large toolbox to help me with :))

Had an amazing treatment today. Gemma is so knowledgeable & amazing at what she does. Highly recommend! The receptionist is always so kind as well & the sauna is lovely. Great place to go enjoy some self care.

Beautiful facilities- thoughtful touches of fresh towels , filtered water / drink sachet and lovely washes in the shower. The staff were welcoming and friendly and for a newbie like me ran me through everything I needed to know. This was my first Infared sauna and I’m a convert and will definitely be building it into my weekly routine of self care. I left feeling detoxed, refreshed and relaxed and like I had done something really beneficial for my health.

Beautiful infrared sauna, top of the range. Also has a shower and iPad inside sauna so you can watch Netflix or listen to music whilst in there. The staff are so lovely and welcoming too!!
