My first time coming here and getting a head spa, I couldn’t recommend this enough! I came for a bit of self care and to relax as my body needed it desperately! And that’s exactly what I got, I am utterly relaxed and restored. I normally find it hard to relax but during my time here, the music, the staff, the atmosphere, everything was perfect, and helped my nervous system to go from fight or flight to rest and digest.

I’ve tried Japanese, Thai, Chinese, and Australian head spa treatments, and this was my first time experiencing a Korean head spa. It was by far the best and truly high quality. The treatment deserves more than five stars—I felt completely relaxed throughout. Ivy was gentle, kind, and took such great care of me. Thank you so much! I will definitely be coming back.

Since having my third child, I've found it incredibly difficult to find time for appointments for myself. That's why I have loved seeing Taylah @fromdayone. Taylah creates a warm and peaceful environment, allowing me to enjoy some much needed time for myself. I had my first visit to Forest Head Spa today for their relaxation package and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming and beautifully designed, which immediately helped me switch off. From the moment I lay back in the reclining massage chair, I felt completely relaxed. The ambience and décor are calming and beautifully thought out, creating the perfect setting to unwind. Sky was incredibly professional and attentive throughout the entire experience. The head and neck massages were wonderfully relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!
