I had an amazing experience with Jana. I really appreciate her calm, professional, and patient approach. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and truly cared for throughout the entire appointment. I think there was a time I fell asleep. She took the time to carefully listen to my concerns and preferences, and then thoughtfully recommended the best lash map for my eye shape. Brenda is absolutely amazing! I’ve been going to her every second week for the past two years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. She always makes me feel comfortable and completely at home. She knows exactly how to shape and tint my eyebrows perfectly every time. Her attention to detail and consistency are exceptional.

One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

Shelley exceeded my expectations with copying the nail art inspiration I gave her. And the polish application is impeccably neat. Also, love that the hard gel is not super thick on my nails. 10/10 would recommend.

Service was fine. I had a Gel manicure application. Both my thumb nail polish is thick and has small particles in it. I am going for Gel pedicure tomorrow, so will ask if it can be soaked off and reapplied again. The technician who did my Gel manicure the previous time, did a better application. Thank you.

What a great find! Jessica did my nails on Friday and they are the best I've ever had! Then on Saturday, Michaela and Nichole fixed my hair in the most dramatic way - for the first time in my life, I have manageable hair after the Nano treatment! Colour and cut is also amazing! The vibe in the salon is just great - everyone is happy and friendly, and Nichole is a super-invested hands-on owner! Thank you ladies! 🤩

Gabi goes above and beyond. She is meticulous and detail-oriented and offers great suggestions for colors, styles, etc. After having manicures from other technicians, I have found Gabi to be the best; I won’t risk another mediocre manicure and plan to stick with Gabi!
