Her soft demeanour in how she spoke, explained the process to me and throughout the service did keep the flow based on how my interest. My 1st time here and now my favourite nail SPA in Birmingham and certainly will be my resident nail Spa. Love how my Japanese treatment turned out. Love my nails and now to a healthy journey.

Have had Molly do my eyelashes about 3 times now and she is fantastic! Always made me feel welcome in the salon and did my eyelashes exactly how I wanted them. So sad that I’m leaving Birmingham as would definitely keep coming if it wasn’t for that! Thanks Molly for making my eyelashes look amazing for all the end of uni events I had :)

Today was my first 30 minute session of electrolysis with Nilima, and I had the white hairs on my face done and I was very happy with the results. We had about 8 minutes left till the end of the session so Nilima decided to use that time to get some of the white hairs on the side of my head as I am also going to have electrolysis treatment done on my head. Thank you once again and I will see you for my 1 hour session on Thursday 🙏

I had my first consultation and patch test done for Electrolysis with Nilima today. I felt comfortable and relaxed and everything was explained to me in detail so I understood what was going to happen. Ive been having PRP facials now for a little over a year! Ive had extreme scaring from acne breakouts for 5+ years. The difference going through these facials is like night and day! I have tried every treatment, tablet, face scrub you name it ive tried it however the PRP is the only treatment that has shown clear results.
