I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

Fantastic Dermaplaning Experience! I had dermaplaning yesterday at Beauty Sculpting Room Poole with Elishia, and my skin has never felt smoother or looked brighter! The treatment was gentle, relaxing, and done with such care. I’m thrilled with the results and can’t wait to return for more treatments! Highly recommend!

Natalie is great. She’s such a bubbly and lovely character. You could be having the worst day and you’ll feel much much better the minute you see her. The owner & the team managed to create a wonderful plan to help me prep for my wedding & I feel 200 times better now that I’ve completed our plan. From Hbot to Red light to Yolandi’s magical lymphatic drainage massages, they’ve made sure I was ready for my wedding abroad! Good job team!!

First time booking with Natural body cafe. On arrival welcomed with a warm proffesional manner. The booking system is very straightforward and hassle free. The rooms were very clean and toilet facilities clean too. What made it a 5 star for me' was being listened too ' regards my needs due to a sore back and tense muscles down on side of my back and and that being the key focus. The massage was to a high standard leaving me feeling incredibly relaxed and helped to reduce ankes and pains. The prices are very competitive with plenty choices . I can highly recommend Claire. I had a course of six lymphatic drainage massage sessions post op. Claire and is very professional, immediately putting me at ease with her knowledge and expertise.

Absolutely fabulous facial and massage. So relaxing I even fell asleep.

Claire is amazing, she surely does have magic fingers. Another great massage, she found all the tight spots, was tingling from my fingers to my toes. Would highly recommend her.

Relaxing therapeutic massage.

Fantastic TMJ treatment for my tight jaw. This included neck, upper back, chest, scalp and jaw massage as well as soft tissue release of the jaw muscles inside the mouth. I was able to open my mouth wider at the end of the hour's session! See you next week.
