Just a consultation (for now) but Angela has proven why she is one of the most sought after artists in Portsmouth. Although I’ve not yet experienced her work as an artist, she’s really taken the time to ensure I am fully involved in the process and made me feel 100% at ease with my decision. Second time coming back for eyelash tint and lift; I didn’t truly realise how much of a difference it made the first time around until my eyelashes went back to normal.
