Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Thank You Sophie for a wonderful experience, looking forward to making my next appointment!!!!

Absolutely wonderful salon, Nisha was brilliant! I felt like I was with a friend, she made me feel very comfortable. I travelled 5 hours for c02 laser treatment after reading loads of reviews and researching different salons. I won't hesitate to come back for my next! I was able to have the treatment at my own pace and felt fully cared for. I really cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you for taking care of me. I cant wait to see the results over the next few weeks!

Very welcoming clinic, I came as a new client and done the free consultation for laser hair removal. Had a very thorough session — answering all my questions, and explained the procedure, safety precautions, all the do’s and don’ts between treatments, and expectations.
