Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

This is the best experience I’ve had in Coventry. I’ve been a few times now to Hair Lab for hairdressing and I’ve had mani/pedi in the past too. The staff are genuinely lovely people who move heaven and earth to fit you in where they can even if you’ve walked in off the street that day. The first time I came for a haircut last year I had had a botched job somewhere else and they fixed it for me, it looked great afterwards. I’ve since returned for restyles, and most recently a perm and layers. They taught me what products to use on my new curls, and cut the layers to suit my face beautifully.

Saira is just fantastic ♥️ ! Love her professionalism and honest suggestions and tips 💯 I have had such a lovely experience each time I’ve been there, so does my friends and family who’ve been there after I recommended Saira😍 Best hairdresser I’ve been to in Coventry so far🙌

I went for a hair consultation for balayage and a hair cut. The hair tech explained and also suggested what would suit me well, without just agreeing to whatever I asked. I then got a face framing haircut and got what was flattering for my face. Looking forward to coming back here. Keep up the good work.

I had a wonderful experience for my hair, where Saira gave me an excellent haircut and balayage, offering great suggestions that perfectly suited my style. The friendly stylist and relaxing atmosphere make it a top choice for hair services !

The experience was good but when I booked for foils I expected to have a trim too as you would normally. I had to ask for my fringe to be cut, which was in my eyes and got charged extra for this. I think the website needs to be clearer so a customer knows what to expect. I am happy with my colour, but just disappointed I never got the trim too.
