Ryan was fantastic! I had a vague brief of what I was looking for, as I was unsure myself and just wanted a change. He executed it perfectly and understood exactly what I was looking for straightaway, and took more time and attention with the foils than I’ve had with previous highlights. Has turned out great, I love it! Already booked again for 3 months time, couldn’t recommend him more!

I am honestly so happy with my hair. I came in with years of box dye and was worried about the condition and what could realistically be achieved, but Zoe absolutely exceeded my expectations.She transformed my hair into a beautiful balayage while still keeping my hair feeling healthy and in such great condition. The colour turned out amazing and the quality of my hair is honestly better than I expected possible after so much box dye. Zoe was so professional, knowledgeable and realistic throughout the whole process. I couldn’t be happier.

Do yourself a favour and make an appointment with Jake without delay! My first appointment at Joselyn Bancs' new salon in Miranda well and truly exceeded my expectations. Jake was friendly and knowledgeable, patiently listening to my hair concerns and my desired outcome. A winter colour change that works beautifully with my skin tone and eye colour, as well as absolutely nailing a textured pixie-style cut, Jake knocked it out of the park! The new salon fitout is stunning, the reclining chairs in the hair spa were so comfy, I could have drifted off to sleep! Looking forward to my next visit!

Since moving to Sydney I’ve not had the best experience in nail shops but OMG! Camille is so lovely and so fun…she made me feel so comfortable and did an insane job at my nails…I showed her a reference and left with my nails looking better than what I asked for 1000/1000 experience and definitely recommend 🫶🏼

the atmosphere was lovely and the new recruit, Maddy was very professional and listened and was considerate to my needs. The only feedback that I would suggest or constructive feedback for her is try and be a little bit more gentle when putting in foils as the pulling in tugging Was a bit rough. I would just be a bit more gentle with a massage on the scalp as well - other than that she seem very competent - composed and confident in her role. Also, have one person attending a client as in don’t have two people blow drying As it is not relaxing and had my hair flicked in my face and eyes.
