This girl is SO talented!!! Lash Queen and now my eyebrow queen!! Lauren did my first brow tattoo today and the results blew me away. She makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. On my first visit to Ouch Waxing Studio, Suzanne made a great impression, she’s clearly very good at what she does, working efficiently while still making the experience comfortable and easy. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and I felt well taken care of the entire time. What really stood out, though, was Luna, the concierge, who adds such a warm and thoughtful touch to the visit.

I had such a lovely first appointment with Crystal. She is great at explaining each step of the process, and her bed is super comfy. This was the first time I haven’t had any stingy or discomfort from a lash lift and tint. And my brow waxing wasn’t painful at all. She’s meticulous with detail and my brows and lashes are stunning. I can not recommend the Le Beua Room enough! The team are compassionate and take the time to know my skin concerns thoroughly which is so important for me as I have super sensitive skin and skin lifting with waxing. I have had treatments from all the team and I can honestly say no matter who you see you won’t be disappointed. The space and decor are beautiful too!

Wonderful experience with Maddey! I had a waxing appointment today and couldn’t be happier with the service. Maddey was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. She is very skilled at what she does and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for an eyebrow wax. The spa itself is a calm and relaxing environment to walk into. Would definitely recommend!

So happy I changed over to Whiplash. After 8 years of only letting technicians tweeze, because of an injury when waxed at a different salon, I am back to waxing, thanks to Aleesha.
