Such a nice first visit to Invidia. I’m new to Norwich and delighted I picked this hidden gem. Jasmine listened to my rambling explanations of the quirks of my hair, was ready with suggestions and I felt completely confident to ask her for suggestions on the cut. I left the salon knowing I could recreate the style at home and that it won’t look weird if my hair gets damp in any much-needed rain. Salon is lovely and cool too!

I have been going to Simi for a few years now and can only say good things about her work and her as a person. She listens to what I want and offers very sensible advice. My hair is healthy and in great condition thanks to her. She is great with colours and cuts but also has a very warm personality.

I came to Ruby , hoping and praying for a better result, after so many years of getting it wrong by other hairdressers. My hair has never looked so good, and is now in such good condition. Niamh was wonderful. This is my second visit, I think I have finally found my perfect hairdresser. She never judges just gives gentle advice. Listens to what you want and is so lovely to chat with it’s like having coffee with a friend. Will deffo be back.

I had such a lovely experience with Caitlin! My layers turned out so nice and I’m really happy with how my hair looks. She was so welcoming, friendly and made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole appointment. She continuously made sure that I was happy with how my hair looked and never rushed anything, which I really appreciated. She even took the time to teach me how to use rollers, which was so helpful! I’m so pleased with my hair and will definitely be returning. I’ll also be recommending Caitlin to everyone! 🥰✨

First time going there today and it was great!!! Staff were friendly, calming and thoughtful. Will definitely be coming here again I loved my Eyebrows and Lip ( got them waxed ). She also asked if she could thread my eyebrows and it was my first time but they didn’t hurt! I didn’t go red after the wax or threading which was a plus!

This was my first visit and definitely not the last. Ineida was friendly and was a fountain of knowledge when discussing how best to care for my hair. I stepped away with soft and silky hair with a fabulous bob cut to finish.
