First of all, the smell of reception is amazing! Looked after by Cam who made sure I was comfortable, explained everything to me and was just amazing! Products used all smelled amazing too! After she roughly dried my hair and offered products if I wanted them in order to style my hair. Just an amazing experience and I can't wait for next time!

Experienced lash technician, gentle and quick speed. Very knowledgeable about who to go with for next appointment. I'm a 2 weekly customer and have almost always had a pretty good exsprience here. Hard to find good technicians that are solid throughout. My lashes last and stay well in place.

The new premises are clean, light and airy, and Laura made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I was confident that she really knew what she was doing because of her medical credentials, but she is aesthetically aware and sensitive too. The treatment was carefully and gently carried out with minimal discomfort, and 24 hours on the swelling is down and the bruising is minimal - easily covered with makeup. I would definitely recommend Labon, and will definitely be back for top ups!
