Perfect massage from Lisa today. Unfortunately I’d had to cancel my appointment last month and if I ever doubted the benefits of regular massage (I didn’t!) this has reminded me! My back and shoulders have been in pain for a few weeks and they feel so much better now. On another boiling hot day Lisa’s room is an oasis of calm and cool.
