I had such an amazing experience at Zaira Rose! I came in for half head highlights but because my hair was in terrible condition, Nisa did colour correction as well, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and explained every step of the process, which made me feel completely at ease. The colour correction was done carefully—my hair went from uneven and brassy to beautifully blended. The highlights are absolutely perfect. The whole atmosphere of the salon was welcoming and relaxing, and the team was incredibly friendly and attentive.

My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa. She will take time to ask you what cut you like and will also ask midway the process to make sure you are happy. She also gives you choices and suggestions as to the cut and style.
