Holistic heavens.. fast becoming one of my favourite treatments. Massage, head massage and ear candling. Twice now and will definitely have again. Fantastic combo and leaves me feeling clearer headed too. Odd but I get excited to see how much wax comes out too 😂.

If you have deep rooted neck and shoulder tension, headaches and daily pain. I highly recommend Lou, she provides a massage at a level that suits you, may take a sequence of visit to release the tight areas, but well worth it, no more pain. Lou is very profressional, and informative, you will feel like your floating when you leave, and have the best night sleep ever xx

I love the whole experience and ambiance of the Natural Body Cafe from walking through the door until I leave, and usually have a Bamboo massage with Kimberley, this time I needed my nails done for a special occasion and Rhiannon did not disappoint. The whole experience was explained before we went ahead,with Aprex nails, she made me feel relaxed and calm throughout my time there, there are plenty of colours to choose from and some nail art if you fancy it, I will definitely return, they looked amazing. Sarah is so lovely, warm and friendly, she immediately put me at ease when I first met her and instantly felt in safe hands. I suffer from pretty persistent back pain and recently returned from an intense 2 week holiday and was feeling very uncomfortable and in pain which was impacting my wellbeing. After my first massage from Sarah I instantly got off the massage table and noticed the pain in my lower back had gone. Not only did I see instant results, the treatment itself was deeply relaxing and incredibly stress relieving. I’ve just had my second massage 5 weeks later and the results laste

Fantastic TMJ treatment for my tight jaw. This included neck, upper back, chest, scalp and jaw massage as well as soft tissue release of the jaw muscles inside the mouth. I was able to open my mouth wider at the end of the hour's session! See you next week.
