Always a great experience, especially the reflexology and reiki I had today, as it helps my PCOS symptoms and stress levels immensely. I find that booking these treatments when I do, generally every couple of weeks, works really well, particularly if you have quite a stressful lifestyle or things have happened recently, as the grounding really helps. Value for money! 😃

I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

Back from my first ASMR treatment with Sarah. I’m still floating. Didn’t know what to expect but wow how relaxing was that. Never knew there were so many ways to massage the scalp and hair. Microneedling with 2 Derma serums. Amazing treatment! I was feeling low about approaching 50years old, my skin looked so dull and old. Sarah is so lovely, warm and friendly, she immediately put me at ease when I first met her and instantly felt in safe hands. I suffer from pretty persistent back pain and recently returned from an intense 2 week holiday and was feeling very uncomfortable and in pain which was impacting my wellbeing. After my first massage from Sarah I instantly got off the massage table and noticed the pain in my lower back had gone. Great as always. No stress, relaxed and treated with the utmost professionalism.

I finished my course of micro dermabrasion today- 6 treatments, but I will be back. The treatments have left my skin really soft with noticeably much fewer breakouts which I used to suffer from around my chin area. Sarah has been fab throughout suggesting frequency of bookings and explaining how it all works and it's the perfect way to de stress whilst looking after your skin. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been having reflexology and massage therapies for the last decade due to managing long term illnesses. I started seeing Sarah at the end of last year and immediately I could tell, she genuinely loves what she does. She has a warm smile and a personality to match and she has such a lovely relaxing space. I've now had several sessions including massage, reflexology and a gel pedicure. I've loved every single one. My favourite is the massage and reflexology combination which I had today and just about to book in my next one, as Sarah is just fabulous!

Treated myself to the stress relief Xmas special. So glad I did. It felt amazing. The smells off the products were amazing and I felt completely relaxed. My skin feels so much better and hydrated. Highly recommend. Felt comfortable and could really relax for a spa experience.

Absolutely beautiful massage, so therapeutic and relaxing that I didn't want it to finish. Eva has magic in her hands and a beautiful warm and intuitive nature that sees her as a true professional masseuse. She has an expert understanding of the human body and how to release deep seated tension and pain. I would highly recommend her.

Lovely treatment today. I’ve been having laser hair treatment with Sarah and it’s a great treatment for unwanted hair. It’s making a huge difference to my face.

Another glorious treatment at Serene. Today I had the Salmon DNA poly micro needling treatment and I’m already impressed with the results. My skin looked noticeably brighter immediately afterwards, with no redness at all. It feels incredibly soft, hydrated and smooth, almost like it’s been gently plumped from within, while being exfoliated on the outside. Yet another of the many wonderful treatments available at Serene that I’ll definitely be booking again

I had a deep tissue massage with Chris and it was honestly so good. It felt amazing and really helped ease the tension in my legs, shoulders and upper back. I felt so much more relaxed afterwards. Chris is a really nice guy and super easy to chat to, which made the whole thing feel comfortable and chilled. Would definitely recommend if you’re after a great massage.
