I had an amazing Japanese Head Spa today with Heidi. A totally relaxing treatment leaving my scalp and hair in great condition. Also includes a massage for arms, neck and feet. I left the salon feeling totally chilled. I'm happy to highly recommend both the treatment and Silk Beauty and Wellness Clinic.

Treated my mum for a mother's day gift to the ultimate de-stress spa pamper. This involved a Indian head massage, facial , sinus massage and finished with the Japanese head spa. My mum absolutely LOVED it and said Charlie was very welcoming and fantastic start to finish. We both can't wait to come back - absolutely EXCELLENT ☺️

So happy with my experience at H Derma Beautu Aesthetics Norwich. It was my first time coming here. I had 3 areas of botox done and I was so impressed with Georgia. She was lovely and made me feel very welcome. She was very professional and knew her stuff! Will definitely be coming back for more treatments. I love the fact she is so central and easy to get to. It was the most attentive, personalised treatment I’ve had! back and scalp massage, facial, and back facial. From the moment I arrived, Beth made me feel completely cared for. Every detail was intentional, relaxing, and tailored just for me. She creates a space where you feel like the only person in the world. I left feeling restored, seen, and deeply relaxed. I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

Just returned from a wonderful relaxing hot stone massage. Recovering from a bicycle accident, Louise's caring, friendly and confident manner, has really helped me let go of not only the physical tension but the emotional stress. I am extremely grateful to have a therapist with such skill and maturity, along with a beautiful sense of lightness in the way she holds the space for treatments. I will be back again and again. Had a roots touch-up and my eyebrows threaded. I have tried a lot of eyebrow places in Norwich but this is the best so far! I really appreciated the excellent roots touch-up, too. Hairdresser was very experienced and did it super neatly and efficiently (and it looked noticeably shiny and straight afterwards). Staff are friendly and very efficient, and skilled at what they do. Great prices and service, highly recommended.

Such a wonderfully relaxing massage. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and Miriam made me feel completely at ease. Tension just melted away and I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and deeply relaxed. I’ll definitely recommend.

I feel I need to share an amazing treatment I have just had which is totally unique and one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had (and I have had a few!) Heidi was amazing!! I thought a Japanese Head Spa would consist of a scalp massage and treating my hair to lots of nourishing products. It is that,but so much more! I loved the ambient dark room with flickering candles and relaxing background music. After a wonderful scalp massage and nourishing my hair with some beautifully smelling products, Heidi gave me a neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage followed by a refreshing foot scrub

I had a 75 minute relaxation massage with Charlotte. It was a birthday treat to myself as a busy, working Mummy. Charlotte was amazing ! The back massage and Indian head massage was so relaxing and the pressure was just right. Charlotte also did a facial rejuvenation and it’s hands down the best massage I have had. Charlotte just knows how to make you feel relaxed and stress free in your own home. It’s a perfect way to unwind and release any tension. Thank you Charlotte!

Had my first visit today to Katies beautiful salon and to meet Katie for the first time for a hot stone massage. The salon is lovely, warm and cosy with pretty little touches to make your whole experience relaxing and unique. I arrived for my appointment after a 10 hour day at work Katie melted the tightness and tension i was experiencing in my muscles away from head to toe. With a lovely warm eye mask to complete the treatment it was amazing and will be certainly booking in for regular treatments! Thank you

I had a Japanese Head Spa with Marie and it was honestly one of the most beautiful and relaxing treatments I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease, and I got on really well with her straight away. The whole experience was deeply calming and exactly what I needed. I left feeling not just relaxed, but lighter — like something had shifted for me. I’ve been in a bit of a hard place recently, and this treatment felt genuinely nurturing and restorative. Marie has such a lovely, gentle presence and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her 🤍

I had my first head spa with Char for my birthday, unfortunately my appointment was cancelled somewhere else on the morning and char was very kind to offer me an appointment at the end of her day to fit me in! The experience was very relaxing with a nice atmosphere , and a nice heated blanket! My mum came in for her first head spa today with Kerry, she enjoyed the experience but the only down side was that Kerry was just a little too talkative in a what was was supposed to be a relaxing treatment.

I have had a number of massages with Charlotte booked through her mobile service. However, it was my first massage at The Retreat and it was everything I anticipated and more. What a sanctuary Charlotte has created. The room smelt beautiful, is decorated to a high standard and felt so cosy. The attention to detail at The Retreat is what makes the experience so unique. Charlotte accommodates your needs and tailors the massage to suit you. If you have any tension, Charlotte will find it and use a holistic approach to relieve that tension. Thank you Charlotte for offering such a relaxing therapy.

Wonderful experience. Lisa is a calm and thorough therapist who is brilliant at what she does. The rooms are spotlessly clean and a lovely sanctuary in the middle of Norwich.

Wow - what a lovely and relaxing experience made extra special with the heated under blanket. Charlie was so personable and put me completely at ease - chatting happily when I wanted but sensing when I was just chilling and enjoying the moment. Certainly would recommend the head spa for washing away the stresses of the day.

Lisa is hands down the best beauty therapist in Norwich. Experienced and brilliant in all disciplines from waxing to massage to nails. I’ve travelled with her via 4 Norwich locations and am delighted she has now set up independently. You could not be in better hands for all your beauty needs.
