I had an amazing Japanese Head Spa today with Heidi. A totally relaxing treatment leaving my scalp and hair in great condition. Also includes a massage for arms, neck and feet. I left the salon feeling totally chilled. I'm happy to highly recommend both the treatment and Silk Beauty and Wellness Clinic.

Charlotte was amazing , truly the best massage I have ever had. Being heavily pregnant is so uncomfortable, but she made sure I was completely comfortable throughout and really listened to what I needed. The retreat is beautiful and welcoming, in a great location with easy parking, which makes the whole experience stress-free from start to finish. I left feeling incredibly grateful and relaxed. I will definitely be booking a postnatal massage!

Booked a last minute 30 minute back massage due to have trouble with my neck. Iv had a fair few massages because of the line of work I am in and this one was up there with one of the best. Daisy-Jane listened to where the problems were and paid attention to them areas especially. I was at ease with her straight away which when visiting a new place is great. I will definitely be back. Experience was made better by the online booking too.

Livy is very professional and knowledgeable about foot health and care. My pedicure was lovely and my feet feel beautiful - thank you so much

Wonderful massage by a kind and.considerate lady. I can't lie, I had the therapeutic massage and I expected it to be a bit sore. I was far more tense, tight and twisted than realised so it hurt a lot at times. At the end I was much looser, straighter and generally felt so so much better even though the stretches were challenging at times. I will be going again and hopefully after a few treatments I will be fixed and maintenance massages will be more relaxing than therapeutic. Thank you so much.

I feel I need to share an amazing treatment I have just had which is totally unique and one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had (and I have had a few!) Heidi was amazing!! I thought a Japanese Head Spa would consist of a scalp massage and treating my hair to lots of nourishing products. It is that,but so much more! I loved the ambient dark room with flickering candles and relaxing background music. After a wonderful scalp massage and nourishing my hair with some beautifully smelling products, Heidi gave me a neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage followed by a refreshing foot scrub

Miriam did a wonderful back massage for me with a lovely warm back scrub too. Love the calming atmosphere and how Miriam is so friendly yet still professional. I can highly recommend Miriam. I am not keen on the booking system and having to leave bank details etc. Otherwise all brilliant!

For the first time in a very long time, I booked a 1hr Thai massage as I was feeling out of sorts and nothing was helping with chronic pain. My osteopath recommended Thai massage & oh my days, I am so glad he did!! This has to be one of the most amazing (if not painful at times 😆) massages I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend this lovely lady highly enough. She literally performs magic on your overworked, tight muscles. I walked out of there feeling a good 2” taller than when I had hobbled in. I will be going back and have recommended both my husband and my sister to have their massages here.

Went for a Japanese Head Spa and a neck, back and shoulder massage. It was THE most relaxed I’ve been in about 20 years. I’d actually go so far as to say it was like an out of body experience, seriously. I find it extremely difficult to relax but I didn’t want it to end! Can’t wait to go again!

I had a fantastic pedicure with Livy. She’s incredibly friendly and made the appointment feel relaxed and welcoming. The service was excellent, with a beautifully neat gel application and a very relaxing foot scrub. Her hygiene practices are outstanding, so you feel completely comfortable and well cared for throughout. Highly recommend her services!

Another lovely visit to Aspire to be pampered by Daisy for gel nails on hands and feet including a pedicure which was absolutely wonderful, relaxing and calming. My feet and nails certainly benefited from it. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you again Daisy
