I've been seeing Fiona for a number of years. Initially we were trying to help me meet a specific exercise goal by improving my mobility, but since then she's continued to help me address regular niggles as well as rehabilitating some longer-term injuries. I always feel better and move more freely after I've visited her for a massage. It's always a pleasure to see her and my husband has now also started having appointments to help with his back pain.

Fiona fitted me in last minute on the bank holiday which was very appreciated. Amazing massage! She was obviously very knowledgeable and experienced which was great as she could effectively target the areas that I've had long term aches and stiffness in. Would definitely recommend!

Andy did an amazing skin peel for me. The difference was instant and something I had been cautious to undertake as I wanted a skilled professional to deliver the service and Andy was both of these. I have suffered with acne rosacea for many years, however after my skin peel my pours are less visible, my active acne has reduced and my rosacea has begun to calm down after two treatments! I’m delighted with the wonderful service and aftercare advice I have been provided with as well as a first class service.

Been coming to Josh for years for sport massage I am now 18 weeks pregnant . Felt safe and comfortable the massage was very good . Josh checked in on me throughout and could adjust my position , provided pillows etc. Always a good chat and very efficient 100% recommend 👌

This young lady is so professional, knowledgeable and approachable. She explains everything she is doing and why and then sends an exercise plan to help mobility. I intend to have a monthly visit with her, to keep myself as mobile as possible in my old age😀!

Always professional and gives good advice! Helps you to identify your goals and sends exercise/therapy plan online with video links on how to complete the exercise. (Good for me who has a memory like a sieve!) would definitely recommend.

Fiona is fantastic, she has helped me come back from injury much stronger and with techniques on managing things going forward. She has helped structure my training to help with my long term running goals and has added progressions in as my strength has improved.

Arrived with unexplained back pain. Assessed my biomechanics before treatment, targeted massage to release tension and exercises to complete at home. Explained what was causing the pain and fingers crossed the pain will now ease. Feel better already

I have severe adductor and sciatica problems. I have had two sessions with Fiona so far, her assessment process is very professional. I trust her sports massage and treatment regime and together with the exercises she has given me she is confident that it will have a positive outcome.

Great deep sports massage with Josh as always. Been coming for a couple of years now. Friendly, good chat and, most importantly, an effective massage. If you want a proper sports massage, Josh won’t disappoint.
