I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

I've now had 2 sessions with Zac, who was recommended to me by another client. Having had back issues for almost 2 years and having been diagnosed with a prolapsed disc last year, I thought it would never get better. After my first session which was focused on my back and glute area, I noticed a marked difference and so returned for another session to work on the other areas. Highly recommend Zac who is knowledgeable and worked on the areas needed and its already had a positive impact.

I just had the Japanese Head Spa treatment and OMG...I felt like a princess, absolutely incredible. I was treated with such care and I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. Worth every penny and I’ll 100% be returning. Thankyou!!!

Always perfect nails. All the ladies are very friendly and very professional i would highly recommend

I had am amazing massage session followed by a reflexology session. The staff is friendly and easily approachable. We had discussion about my needs and the parts I wanted the session to be focused on. This was not a "one fits all" type of massage. I was told step by step what the session will be like and it was tailored after my needs and wants. As well as discussion about how much pressure I believe I would like. The room temperature was great and there is relaxing music playing in the background. Will recommend 100% and definitely will visit again. I found the prices as fair.

Highly recommend reflexology with Sam. She was amazing, gentle, intuitive and all round fantastic. Will definitely be go back again. Thank you Sam.

Zach was very professional and explained everything about the treatment thoroughly. Felt very at ease and very pleased with the results!

Found Zak very professional and informative, happy to explain what he was finding/encountering. A lot of the pain has gone albeit some discomfort from the deep tissue massage. Already booked my next appointment .
