Alex is the most lovely soul you’ll ever meet! First time meeting her for an extraction facial and she makes you feel so comfortable and at peace right away. Bryony is not only fabulous but is also so lovely and welcoming.. and I would 100 % highly recommend the Ultimate Rejuvenation Facial. This treatment is one of the best facials you can have and the results are so good. What I most like about Bryony is that she is only interested in offering treatments to those that want to enhance their beauty and the results are always so amazing and natural.

So happy with my experience at H Derma Beautu Aesthetics Norwich. It was my first time coming here. I had 3 areas of botox done and I was so impressed with Georgia. She was lovely and made me feel very welcome. She was very professional and knew her stuff! Will definitely be coming back for more treatments. I love the fact she is so central and easy to get to. As always Meicha gives fabulous advice on which treatments will suit my skin the best. Very happy with today's appointment after we changed the booked treatment to something more beneficial to me. I would highly recommend Meichas experience and wouldn't go anywhere else for my treatments.

Sue is the ultimate skincare queen. She’s the only person I have ever gone back to for a facial as I’ve always felt something wasn’t quite right with other facialist. She blows my mind with how knowledgable she is around the skin and skin care. No question is ever too silly and she is always so welcoming and calm when I visit, I feel like I’m chatted with a friend! I had Microneedling for the first time and whilst I can’t comment on the results as of yet, I’m excited to see the results in a few more treatment time.

I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

I first visited Antoinette over a year ago with severe skin texture issues, redness, and acne. After completing a course of carbon laser treatments, combined with changes to my diet and lifestyle, my skin has completely transformed—it’s never looked better. I love that Antoinette blends holistic approaches with advanced treatments. I now see her regularly for maintenance and other treatments like the lymphatic drainage facial. She’s always professional, yet every visit feels like catching up with a friend.

Had a roots touch-up and my eyebrows threaded. I have tried a lot of eyebrow places in Norwich but this is the best so far! I really appreciated the excellent roots touch-up, too. Hairdresser was very experienced and did it super neatly and efficiently (and it looked noticeably shiny and straight afterwards). Staff are friendly and very efficient, and skilled at what they do. Great prices and service, highly recommended.

Would rate 10/5 stars if I could!! Can’t recommend Kait or the Farm Girl facial enough, it was sensational and she’s an absolute angel. My skin looks like glass🤎 I will definitely be back for more treatments xxx

I've had massages, facials and my nails done by Katie. Where do I even start.. she's so lovely, caring and fun to talk to you. You can really tell how much pride she takes in her work and she has alot of knowledge with skincare and will always tailor the treatment to you personally. I would always come to her for anything she offers as I always leave happier and pleased with her work.

I have so missed having my facials with Vanda and I was so excited to hear she was starting again. Vanda is simply amazing. Vanda has taught me so much about my skin and how to look after it correctly. I had a beautiful back massage and facial which has left my skin feeling vibrant and fresh and I’ve walked away loving my skin again! Thank you so much Vanda xxx

Another personalised facial today, this is my third facial with Sue and she continues to impress me with her knowledge and adaptability to my skincare issues I raise. I’ve always been extremely conscious of my skin and feeling exposed under a light and for someone to be that close to my imperfections, however she makes me feel super comfortable and calm.

Fantastic experience, I highly recommend Vicky’s facials. Mine involved microblading, microneedling and a soothing mask with cool globes to improve lymph drainage. Her facial massage technique is super-relaxing and adds to the whole pampering treatment. She’s also lovely to chat to too!

Yesterday I had the new skin rescue ritual with Saskia. It was one of the most relaxing treatments I have had, Saskia was lovely and made me feel very welcoming and comfortable from the moment I arrived at the salon. I would highly recommend this treatment for a bit of me time and relaxation.

I’ve had several facial treatments at the salon, including chemical peels, Dermalogica regular facials—always with Hiral. She is friendly, professional, and makes me feel completely at ease. I'm a very happy customer and highly recommend her!
