Absolutely wonderful treatment with Ashleigh. Her room is so cosy and warm and felt so relaxed from the minutes I arrived. Ashleigh talked me through everything and answered any questions I had. She is really knowledgeable on the subject of skin care. The treatment itself was so relaxing. I had microneedling and an Indian Head Massage and I didn't want to leave at the end. Highly recommend booking in with Ashleigh.

I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

I had such a wonderful experience at The Bothy – A Sanctuary by Ōm Holistic. The atmosphere is incredibly calming, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a truly relaxing environment. I have been visiting Alaine for about a year with treatments at her sanctuary in Leeds and at The Bothy. Alaine has to be one of the kindest, most nurturing and knowledgeable therapists I’ve ever met. In the time I’ve been having treatments, from reflexology, Indian head and most recently the most relaxing pregnancy message, I’ve always felt incredibly well looked after and cared for. Sometimes I’ve not known how much I’ve needed those few hours away from the stresses of everyday life until I’ve seen Alaine. All the additional touches, such as delicious biscuits, are the cherry on top.

Went for an Indian head massage today, it was amazing!! Lovely salon with very friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Had the most amazing Relax & Release Back Ritual this afternoon with a Scalp Ritual add on. I felt like I literally floated out of the salon as Ashleigh released so much tension from my neck and shoulders. Finishing off with the scalp massage too was the icing on the cake. This treatment should be on prescription! Will be rebooking very soon!

I’ve visited Rachel a few times now for facials and she consistently goes above and beyond. It’s not just a facial, you’re treated to a relaxing head and shoulder massage as well, and I walk out feeling a million pounds . I’ve also started getting my nails done with her and they’re the best they’ve looked in a very long time. Professional, attentive, and genuinely talented, Rachel is brilliant.

I have the facial when I visit Becca at No 19, and can honestly say it’s the best facial I’ve ever had. The room is lovely, the bed is so comfortable, the ambience is so relaxing and Becca is amazing at her craft! The attention to detail is amazing; from the cleansing and toning, to the foot massage where Becca could identify I need to work on breathing techniques through her reflexology knowledge, to the massage of my ear, neck, shoulder and jaw … this facial is a holistic experience leaving me so relaxed I always nod off! Can’t recommend highly enough.

From the foot soak at the start to the fresh fruit at the end, this was a total experience not just a massage/facial. Alaine takes the time to understand you, your wants and needs and then translate that into a treatment using the most wonderful products. The 90min facial is such a treat and is always amazing! Rebecca is lovely and friendly, always there to advise on regiments and recommend products. Struggle not to fall asleep but always feel relaxed when i leave. Would highly recommend.
