I felt the experience rivaled some of the best holidays I've had.For that hour, the serenity, combined with the aromas and the carful but deliberate pressure applied to the muscles felt amazing. I was transported away :) as she worked through each motion. I highly recommend her. Cannot wait for my next session.

I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

I had such a wonderful experience at Nakha Thai Massage. Jenny’s Thai massage was absolutely amazing. She is professional, intuitive, and really knows how to work with the body in a way that feels both therapeutic and restorative. Absolutely 5 stars! I had the most amazing hair treatment + relaxing hair wash + head massage, finished off with a fresh trim. My hair feels so soft and is looking glossy like I just walked out of a shampoo ad 😂 Ronel is a master hair expert — she knew exactly what my hair needed. And Warda was incredible too. Both of them did an amazing job and made the whole experience so relaxing. Not to mention there are a range of curated hair products that I always use to keep my hair in great condition. The massage was incredible. Maya’s hands are healing. I was in desperate need of some nurturing and stress relief. My entire back and neck were in spasm and my mind spinning. I read the reviews and honestly, she is exactly how they say. I left breathing deeply, calmly and rhythmically. I feel quietly restored and my heart at peace. I had my first treatment at the Woodstock Spa a few days ago. After a couple of weeks in Cape Town my skin needed some attention after all the sun, sea and sand. I booked the Hamman treatment with Caleb. He really put me at my ease from the start with amazing calm and smile explaining the treatment. To start the body scrub and conditioning in the shower was incredible. Then the full body massage was out of this world with a mix of firm sports massage elements and long sensual tantric movements- I was lost in the moment. I left revitalised, great feeling skin - highly recommend !!🔥

I was really exhausted and so was my body. Even though I booked an aroma therapy massage for relaxation, she got into my knots which were sore but so needed. This was a gift to myself so I received the massage with much grace. She was thorough and strong. I would suggest a magnesium bath after though which I didn't do. I would recommend Meya to anyone.
