This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

I had such a lovely experience with my lash lift! My lashes turned out beautifully lifted, natural-looking, and exactly what I wanted. The whole appointment was relaxing and professional, and you can really tell Motlatsi cares about her clients and her work. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable and confident with my lashes. Absolutely 5 stars! I had the most amazing hair treatment + relaxing hair wash + head massage, finished off with a fresh trim. My hair feels so soft and is looking glossy like I just walked out of a shampoo ad 😂 Ronel is a master hair expert — she knew exactly what my hair needed. And Warda was incredible too. Both of them did an amazing job and made the whole experience so relaxing. Not to mention there are a range of curated hair products that I always use to keep my hair in great condition. Leilah made me feel super comfortable from the moment I arrived. The room was warm, calming, and so relaxing, which made the whole experience even better.
