What a fantastic and relaxing experience with Veejay. He was prompt and had excellent communication. He took the time to discuss the treatments available and to understand my preferences. The massage itself was wonderful, leaving me relaxed and rejuvenated. It never felt rushed or that the was clock-watching. Overall one of the best massages I have had in Cape Town. I can definitely recommend.

I had my first deep tissue massage experience with Margaret who is excellent. I felt the experience rivaled some of the best holidays I've had.For that hour, the serenity, combined with the aromas and the carful but deliberate pressure applied to the muscles felt amazing. I was transported away :) as she worked through each motion. I highly recommend her. Cannot wait for my next session.

Honestly this was probably the best deep tissue massage I ever received, and I have recieved many (around the world actually since I have taken this year to travel). Esnarth is a tiny woman, but man does she have some strength! I suffer from achey muscles especially my calves that just become stone. I was in quite a lot of pain when I came in. And she loosened my muscles, abating the pain. If i was a Cape town local I would be making an appointment every week. Alas I am only here for 1 month, but I think I will go in again on my last day.

Absolutely 5 stars! I had the most amazing hair treatment + relaxing hair wash + head massage, finished off with a fresh trim. My hair feels so soft and is looking glossy like I just walked out of a shampoo ad 😂 Ronel is a master hair expert — she knew exactly what my hair needed. And Warda was incredible too. Both of them did an amazing job and made the whole experience so relaxing. Not to mention there are a range of curated hair products that I always use to keep my hair in great condition. I sent my mother for their luxury spa package and she says it was absolutely blissful, each and every staff member encountered was kind, accommodating and seemed dedicated to ensuring total relaxation. They executed every part of the package stunningly and are clearly well-trained & experienced pros. The spa itself is spotless, gorgeous & smells amazing, the products they use are top-notch and the chairs/beds are über-comfy, there's just nothing bad to say. I had my first treatment at the Woodstock Spa a few days ago. After a couple of weeks in Cape Town my skin needed some attention after all the sun, sea and sand. I booked the Hamman treatment with Caleb. He really put me at my ease from the start with amazing calm and smile explaining the treatment. To start the body scrub and conditioning in the shower was incredible. Then the full body massage was out of this world with a mix of firm sports massage elements and long sensual tantric movements- I was lost in the moment. I left revitalised, great feeling skin - highly recommend !!🔥

Excellent massage therapist. Kellie has strong hands and can find your knots. The location is safe in a beautifully appointed apartment. Small issues using Fresha but you can What’s App and they get back to you quickly. A great find in Cape Town. More Massage will sooth tired and sore muscles while also relaxing your mind.
