She noted that my hair was super dry and took precaution by immersing in water and conditioner before detangling. I thought she could have done more finger detangling before brushing the hair to reduce breakage. That's an extra step ske could have applied more intentionally. However overall she did fine.

To summarize My hair/scalp feels brand new... I loved the extensive consultation, the investigative questions about lifestyle, health, work, physical activities etc as all these things affect the hair and scalp.. You get value for money here as well as a wholesome experience. A 10/10

Exceptional service. Been coming here for 5 years this November and have introduced more than 5 people to the brand and have at least 5 people who use them as their personal salon now. My hair is long, full, and healthy. The difference from 2019 to now is enormous. I literally sing their praises everywhere😅😅 genes can only take you so far without a proper care regimen
