I will review every single time because I feel better each and every time! Having adjusted my exercise pattern and what I am doing I have noticed much heavier legs (blame it on the exercise of course NOT my age) and Louise just seems to have the magic touch. Without going into too much detail I can confirm that water retention is not such an issue post MLD! I really would recommend giving it a try as it not only is extremely relaxing but the effects of sticking with it and building it into my routine means the results just get better and better over time.

this time was the worst state my body has been in since having massages with louise, and she did me absolute wonders! the one thing in particular is.. i’ve had a specific pain in my lower back for years, and whilst massaging something popped and the pain instantly disappeared!!!! magic hands 🙌🏼 thank you so much as always x

Had my first appointment with Louise today and it was incredible. Louise made me feel so comfortable from start to finish and was so welcoming and friendly!! I had a 30 minute Swedish massage. It was super relaxing and knots were found that i didn’t even know i had!! I feel so relaxed and my back and shoulders have definitely loosened up already! I’ll certainly be back for more and booking my next appointment straight away. (and a longer appointment next time too!) Such lovely vibes from both the studio & Louise, would recommend to anyone!! I had the most incredible pregnancy massage today from Louise. It was 90 minutes of pure relaxation and bliss, from start to finish. We had a consultation prior to the massage, where she made me a lovely cup of tea, and I felt listened to and acknowledged. She explained the stages of the massage and the products she would be using - I felt informed and prepared. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. There is no doubt in my mind that I’ll be returning! My only regret is that I didn’t find her sooner. Thank you Louise! X

Louise was so welcoming when I arrived, she went through any back concerns/problem areas I had before the massage. I had a 45min pregnancy massage which was amazing! So relaxing . The room was so calming and the heated blanket made the whole thing even better! Would definitely recommended Louise to anyone thinking of booking a massage! Thank you x
