Had my hair done off Lucy for the first time today and I’m so glad I went to her she told me her professional opinion and worked her magic and got my hair back to a beautiful blonde – I absolutely love it. Recently had a 'Germaine de Capuccini' facial at The Midland Hotel, Manchester as part of a Spa Day. The day was lovely, but the facial treatment wasn't as relaxing or soothing as the amazing (Germaine de Capuccini) facial that I have with monthly with Sammy. It goes to show that it's the skill of the Therapist who makes all the difference, not where you have it!) ♥

Fabulous nail tech! You go in with a design you want and she is able to execute it! Gives great advice about nails! When I first started going I was having acrylics and my nails weren’t strong, just over a year later of poly gel my nails are now my own without extensions and they’re healthier than ever!

Ffi is a very skilled nail technician and an absolutely lovely person! She’s able to reproduce any nail design, and her nail prep is always 10/10. By far the best nails I’ve had in Manchester.

First time coming to madison and she was amazing did exactly what I asked for and couldn’t be more in love. I got builder gel with tips! Madison was very welcoming and made me feel so comfortable after I left it felt like we had been friends for yeah 😂 highly recommend!

As a new client, Chloe was very friendly and professional. She removed my old product with care to not damage my natural nails and took the time to check I was happy with the length, shape and finish. The hard gel looks gorgeous and not thickly applied like some salons I’ve visited. Thank you 😊

Had my nails done, was given an option of what on offer such as acrylic, gel etc. The difference was explained. Very friendly young lady, asked if I would like a drink, very happy with my finished nails, definitely will be going back.

I'd always said I preferred polish/gel to acrylic but that was until I chose to have acrylics for a special occasion. I went to Kirsty because she was highly recommended by friends and she didn't disappoint. I have been going to her ever since. Great, friendly service, and a fabulous choice of colours and nail styles.

Today I visited for a Japanese head spa, and the experience was incredibly soothing. The spa's calming atmosphere immediately set the tone for relaxation. The treatment began with a deeply relaxing scalp massage that melted away all my stress. The combination of gentle pressure and essential oils was perfect. The deep cleansing treatment left my scalp feeling refreshed and clean, while the nourishing hair mask made my hair soft and shiny. A bonus neck and shoulder massage added to the overall experience. The therapist was very professional and did a great job. Thank you!

Had make up for my Daugters wedding. I never wear it usually so was very out of my comfort zone! Kaitlyn made me feel so at ease and i left her to do what she thought for a natural look I was so pleased with the result, i didn't feel like it was too much and it lasted all day!
