I have never had such great brows. Taylor is a one in a million young talent who is dedicated to her craft and has attention to detail for days. I got my whole face waxed at the same time which is not something a lot of technicians offer. Who knew the best brows in Sydney were right next door to me in Winston Hills! I was very impressed with how professional she was, especially when it came to maintaining and cleaning my eyelashes properly. Friends had previously given me advice on how to care for them, but unfortunately it was incorrect. She carefully removed the lashes that needed to come off, as she could see they hadn’t been done properly before. She took great care during the infill process, and the results felt natural, fresh, and comfortable. I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend her.

Good experience overall. I had a lash lift and tint and a brow tint. Lash lift was great, great quality, each lash was lifted properly and evenly. I had a little issue with the tint, some of it got into my eyes but Sarah was great, she quickly washed it out. Brow tint was perfect, shape was exactly what I was after. I will be back again.

The ladies at Opal are so lovely. I am always happy with the shape of my nails and the colour choices are endless. I find sometimes the seats at nail bars can be a bit ratty but the ones at Opal are clean and in good condition, as are the massage chairs.
