I was very impressed with how professional she was, especially when it came to maintaining and cleaning my eyelashes properly. Friends had previously given me advice on how to care for them, but unfortunately it was incorrect. She carefully removed the lashes that needed to come off, as she could see they hadn’t been done properly before. She took great care during the infill process, and the results felt natural, fresh, and comfortable. I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend her.

I showed Cloe a photo I saved from the internet and said I want the same style, but she explained the problems with that style and suggested something that fits me better. I have just had my lashes done by Emma for the first time. Due to an autoimmune condition I have lost a lot of eyelashes and those I do have are very light and short! Emma has done a wonderful job! I love actually having eyelashes for the first time in a very long time. Thank you Emma!

Good. Sorry I was 10 mins late. If I’d known the scalp massage was going to be cut from my treatment I would’ve chosen not to have my eyebrows waxed instead. I’d like my next 2 treatments to be heavenly spa not serenity. I find I can’t have a back massage because it’s uncomfortable to lie on my stomach and I don’t want an eyebrow tint. I’d rather a scalp massage. The eye, throat, leg, arm and décolletage massages were all too firm for me. I’d rather a gentle relaxation massage. The neck and upper back massages were lovely though. The facial was lovely. The foot and hand massages were lovely.
