I had such a lovely first appointment with Crystal. She is great at explaining each step of the process, and her bed is super comfy. This was the first time I haven’t had any stingy or discomfort from a lash lift and tint. And my brow waxing wasn’t painful at all. She’s meticulous with detail and my brows and lashes are stunning. The best beautician in Sydney. I will not go anywhere to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted. I am 53 so of course we start to go grey. Jasmine does amazingly at tinting those greys away. Thank you Jasmine, your a true artist.

Brow lamination and tint was fantastic. Lash lift and tint OK! It took 25min wait to pay as they couldn’t work out my booking cost and deposit against the treatments which was a crazy amount of time to wait

Jyoti was fantastic, listened to what I wanted & advised the best options for my face and brow shape.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now, and Suzanne is one of the best in the business. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows, tinting, waxing and the occasional facial. Suzanne always had a solution for my sensitive skin, uses the most gentle products, and has great offers and bundle discounts on products for your regular needs. I couldn’t recommend Ouch Waxing Studio more!
