This was the first time I haven’t had any stingy or discomfort from a lash lift and tint. And my brow waxing wasn’t painful at all. She’s meticulous with detail and my brows and lashes are stunning. I am honestly so happy with my hair. I came in with years of box dye and was worried about the condition and what could realistically be achieved, but Zoe absolutely exceeded my expectations.She transformed my hair into a beautiful balayage while still keeping my hair feeling healthy and in such great condition. The colour turned out amazing and the quality of my hair is honestly better than I expected possible after so much box dye. Zoe was so professional, knowledgeable and realistic throughout the whole process. I couldn’t be happier.

Brow lamination and tint was fantastic. Lash lift and tint OK! It took 25min wait to pay as they couldn’t work out my booking cost and deposit against the treatments which was a crazy amount of time to wait

EDIT: Salon invited me back for a colour re-do. Thu has incredible skill, achieved the glass bead look perfectly & painstakingly replicated my intricate 3D chrome art. Exceptional service to ensure I left happy. Highly recommend Thu for technical art! ORIGINAL: Booked Ruby for multi-tone cat-eye design w/ 3D art. Despite technical skill at BIAB, she seemed apathetic, wouldn't help me achieve my design & insisted I pick 1 colour (design had 2). When she couldn't manipulate the magnetic polish to get a glass bead effect, I lost confidence & gave up on my design. The cat-eye range is tiny.

Since moving to Sydney I’ve not had the best experience in nail shops but OMG! Camille is so lovely and so fun…she made me feel so comfortable and did an insane job at my nails…I showed her a reference and left with my nails looking better than what I asked for 1000/1000 experience and definitely recommend 🫶🏼
