I purchased 4 Reiki sessions intending emotional healing to clear stagnant energy. The first session was so powerful! I was going through a tough time, and soon after the session I felt lighter and centered. As the sessions progressed, I noticed myself becoming calmer, connected with my true self, and more energized facing my days with much more clarity. I also love the tarot cards reading at the end of the sessions, such a nice bonus!!! Krystal gentle approach always made me feel peaceful and I will definitely return for more when I feel my body and mind need a reset and energetic balance.

I gave myself an amazing Gold Package birthday treat. The sauna was hot, the cold plunge cold, the massage deep and delicious, the parenie practically a shamanic healing. Topped off with a scrub and facial and finished with a bowl of hot, meath borsch. It was an epic visit and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I'll be back next year!

I booked in to do a joint session with a friend and we couldn’t recommend Sana enough! She’s has a great selection of instruments and really knows what she is doing. Sana has created a lovely atmosphere and you really feel/know that you’re in the best of hands, which definitely enhances the experience so you get the best out of your sound healing session. Had my PRP and exosome treatment with Yasmina today and I’m really happy with how it went. She was really nice and made me feel comfortable straight away, she explained what she was doing as we went along and was really gentle with the treatment. The whole appointment was relaxed and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Yasmin was easy to talk to and you can tell she knows what she’s doing. Really happy with the experience and I’d definitely recommend her.
