Kerry gave me a 1 hour and 30 minute deep tissue sports massage, and I was really impressed. She explained the reasons for my pain and eased it by releasing trigger points. She also recommended I see an osteopath and was more helpful than any GP I’ve seen. I finally felt understood, not dismissed, and I slept so well after the massage. I highly recommend her. She helped me understand the connection between my overall body pain and my diagnoses, including endometriosis, hypermobility, scoliosis, and a slipped disc.

I had a lymphatic drainage and cupping massage today, and it was honestly one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. I’ve tried many places before, but nothing has come close to this experience.She really knows what she’s doing.
