Having been unhappy with my nails for a long time by another salon I looked at Brooke’s Insta and took the plunge to get a new nail tech. I’m extremely fussy but happy to say Brooke has done an AMAZING job. The shape; the colour everything perfect! Even down to the coffee and biscuits. I felt Brooke was confident with achieving what I asked from the inspo pic as it looks identical. I’m so happy to have a nail tech who has extensive skill to achieve those Insta worthy nail. Thanks Brooke; see you in a few weeks for infills!! 🥰

Absolutely outstanding service. Sam is just lovely. Her salon is exceptionally clean, bright, relaxing and very special. A huge warm welcome and you immediately feel as if you've known her for a long time. Very relaxed and her knowledge is above and beyond. I won't be going anywhere else again! 😊

Just had a very relaxing morning with Alice. She gives above and beyond what's expected, which makes it all the more special. LVLs done, Lamination done, hands and feet done. This was my first experience with anything to do with aesthetics. I first had a consultation with Oran who was so informative and made me feel completely at ease that I booked my appointment within a couple of days of seeing him. From my initial message to the consultation to my actual appointment was amazing. I didn’t feel one ounce of nervousness at all. Sometimes you go to beauty places and you feel completely out of place, but here is different! I highly recommend this place! I cannot wait to see the results of my treatment!

The best ever, I’m always so satisfied with how my lashes look! Lucy is so professional and thorough with her work. I wouldn’t use anybody else. Ps, the salon is always super cosy and smells of the yummiest candles which makes the whole experience sooo relaxing.

Alice is really friendly and is great masseuse and beauty therapist. The Refinery Rooms are a very nice environment. Would highly recommend.

What a gem of a find! Today at Beauty by Sam was my first appointment. I absolutely love my gel manicure and pedicure. They both are so expertly done and look beautiful. Sam is a delight and such a professional. Her salon is bright, crisp, stylish and very clean! I'd booked my next two appointments before the polish was even dry and I'm going to add lash and brow tint as well as a facial.

Great professional work in a lovely, comfortable home salon. Jai is warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
