The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

I had a really good and friendly experience at Rachael Katie Cosmetics with Mica, she was very informative and helpful. The process was very smooth and quick but Mica also took the time to discuss other questions I had about my skin and gave me some advice as well, I will be returning. Shout out to Mica for making my first time getting Botox so positive!

Thank you Priti . I love my new eyesbrows . She knew exactly what colour I needed and only make my brows look natural and gave them a good shape . She was friendly and made me feel at ease as did all the staff . I will definitely be booking again .

I received an appointment at The Skin Society as a gift from my daughter during my visit from Germany, and it turned out to be the most professional and welcoming experience! From start to finish, I felt completely relaxed, and I was truly impressed by the results, which were visible right after the facial. I wish I could be a regular client! I had a car crash 4 years ago I’ve had loads of physio acupuncture ect my shoulder has been restricting me with so many things even to hold my toddler , today I had an appointment with Karl words can not explain how incredible he is the treatments he has done has made me feel like a new woman I have 0 pain in my shoulder I have movement in any way I lift my arm I honestly would pay way more for this treatment then what it is he is a miracle worker .
