The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

I had a really good and friendly experience at Rachael Katie Cosmetics with Mica, she was very informative and helpful. The process was very smooth and quick but Mica also took the time to discuss other questions I had about my skin and gave me some advice as well, I will be returning. Shout out to Mica for making my first time getting Botox so positive!

I went in for a hydrafacial with Eli, she was so lovely and took very good care of me. She explained what she was doing really well and made sure I knew what to do after my facial and also gave recommendations for my skincare routine and talked me through correct product usage. Would definitely recommend

Had my appointment with Natalie. I was greeted with a warm and kind smile from the receptionist team. This was my first ever treatment so I was a little nervous but Natalie explained everything she was doing, walked me through any queries and concerns I had and spoke to me like a human being, the interaction was very friendly and positive which put my mind at ease. The overall procedure was quick and painless as well as effective and professional. Genuinely the best customer service I have ever received. The clinic itself is beautiful and spotless and is a very relaxed environment.
