Deep tissue massage with Alina is exceptionally intense - she works instinctively and reaches imbalances, tension, tightness, shortened and stiff muscles as well as knots that one isn't even aware of. I have a chronic lower back problem and love that she works very like a physiotherapist, stretching and manipulating arms and legs to address restrictions and discomfort in the body.
