I just want to say I loved the steam and the scrub etc. but the ladies talking while we were having our scrub were so loud and the room echoed making it unpleasant. Sorry.

It’s quite a communal environment in a traditional hammam, so there will naturally be some conversation between our therapists and guests, but we completely appreciate that it should never become so loud that it affects your ability to relax and enjoy your treatment. We’re really pleased to hear that you loved the steam and scrub, and we will certainly take your comments about the noise on board and remind the team to be mindful of this, particularly as sound can carry in the hammam. had to keep reminding staff of the treatments i’d booked, like the rhassoul clay mask and the massage. plus people who had arrived later than i did ended up leaving before me.

They take such good care of you! This was my third visit and I brought my mother along for her first visit. She was so impressed with the treatment we’re planning to come back with my aunts. Don’t forget your flip flops and bikini. We splurged on the escape package and the massage was well worth it!
