Yuma was the one who did the head spa for me. She knows her stuff. I really appreciate that she put in just the perfect amount of strength in the massage, as I had masseuses put in too much strength or too little in the past. You can tell she puts in a lot of attention in her techniques, doesn't half-ass anything, and treats her clients extremely courteously like someone from Japan. The whole experience was quite relaxing too, as I nearly fell asleep during some portions. I would come here again if I am a Vancouver resident, but I live in Toronto!!!! People in Vancouver are blessed.

La Lucia is the best hair salon in Vancouver! The entire team is friendly, the salon is spotless, and they only use high-quality products. My hairstylist is Andy, and I’ve had several haircuts with him — he’s professional, detail-oriented, and truly a perfectionist. I’ve never once regretted getting my hair done by him.

I can honestly say no matter how much I say Tina’s work is amazing, it still wouldn’t be enough! If you’re someone sensitive and picky about your hair like I am, I 100% recommend going to Tina — you’ll leave happy and genuinely satisfied. She worked non-stop on my hair, listened so carefully to exactly what I wanted, and recreated it perfectly, exactly like the examples on her Instagram. Started off with a dark brown, ended up with a level 9 blonde with light pink highlights, and oh my god. so so amazing. my hair is still somehow soft and curly, and still a beautiful blonde. Would 100% recommend! (will definitely be coming back again!)

Tylore’s salon is a warm and comforting space tucked away in East Van. I had a lovely experience from start to finish. Tylore was super friendly and attentive, with an amazing eye for detail.
