I usually come every 5 weeks or so to Simply Hair and Beauty Lounge for waxing - experience is always 10/10. Laura is incredible, always friendly and helps you to feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and experienced in the services she provides. Today I decided to treat myself and booked a facial - WOW. Experience could not have been better. Relaxing environment, really comfy cozy bed with fluffy blanket. The products smelled amazing and the techniques that Laura used felt so calming and good for my skin. Would 100% recommend. ❤️

Dermaplan was amazing, my face feels wonderful, seeing the rubbish that was on there has only made it feel better! I fully appreciate not being told when to expect the wax strip being done as well, otherwise I'd of chickened out! Looking forward to booking in again! X

I’ve been coming to Angela for a long time, and there is a reason I keep returning. Today I had the BioRePeel and dermaplaning facial, and as always, the results are amazing.. Angela truly tailors every treatment to what my skin needs at that moment. ​Beyond her professional skill, she is incredibly kind. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and relaxed, checking in on me throughout the entire process. She also provided thorough aftercare advice. She's more than just a therapist to me, shes a friend. I cant recommend her enough x

I was really pleased with my cut, blow dry and style when I visited yesterday. I opted for a chin length bob in readiness for my cousin's Gatsby themed party. Everyone at the party initially thought I was wearing a wig because my hair looked so perfect! What a bargain for £40. Thank you so much. See you soon.

I started working with Brigitte in November 2024, and by July 2025 my full permanent make-up was complete. She removed my old eyebrow tattoo, then created new brows, a Smoky Eyeliner and lip blush tattoo – all beautifully tailored to me. Brigitte is honest, precise and truly professional, always explaining what’s possible. As a nail technician and mum of a five-year-old, this has boosted my confidence and simplified my mornings. This is my second time going to Harriet for toenail reconstruction and am I glad that she’s now moved to Nottingham, yes I am! She does an amazing job, she never fails to give me the outcome I’m looking for. She’s such a lovely polite girl also and nothing is too much trouble. Myself and my MIL have just had a back massage and facial this afternoon with Sian. I have been several times, so no need to say anymore, but my MIL absolutely thoroughly enjoyed her treatment and thought that Sian was fantastic. She has a lovely deep massage and the hot towels on the face are very comforting. She can't wait to return again soon. Caroline

I had the ultimate facial, micro-needling and dermaplaning. Absolutely chuffed with the results. Initially looked like a beetroot but this was to be expected and was explained to me. The discomfort during was very minimal and for the most part I was very relaxed and the lady that did the treatment (so sorry I forgot her name!) was really lovely. Very happy with everything and will definitely be back!

Glamazon was amazing! I had a hot stone massage, facial, and Japanese head spa, and everything was so relaxing. Sadduf was incredibly friendly, gentle, and professional. I’m quite shy and ticklish, but she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease the whole time. The treatments were amazing and I left feeling so refreshed and relaxed. Such a calming atmosphere and great service — I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 🤍
