She then went on to give me an explanation of what was causing my pain before giving me an invigorating massage. Although very firm and made me squirm at times I could feel a difference in my muscles instantly. The next morning my legs and hip joints felt so much looser! Thank you Lyndsey

Lyndsey was recommended to me through my personal trainer. i initially went for help with my posture and since then been going with specific injuries. As i am training for specific sporting events Lyndsey's treatments and advice on training and lifestle choices have kept me on track with my and allowed me to continue building my fitness and my performance levels are improving. I will continue with sports massages on a regular bais as part of my training regime and cannot recomend Lyndsey highly enough!!!

My first visit with Kelly for a 90 minute massage to work on lower back pain and what am amazing experience! Her knowledge and advice was the best I've ever received. Lindsay worked absolute magic on my legs, hips, lower and upper back and shoulders. My lower legs are often inflamed and tired because of collapsed arches. The sports massage relieved tension and referred pain through to my hip. She then worked on my back and released my shoulder muscles which had been like bricks. Can’t recommend Lyndsay’s sports massage enough. If your body is in a bad way, she can help it to mend!

Kelly has an excellent manner and is always extremely professional. I have become a regular client of hers and she has helped me with several issues. I would recommend her to anyone who either needs and excellent massage or has a longer standing muscular/joint issue.

My full body massage with Sally was so relaxing! Sally is always keen to ensure I'm comfortable (the heated blanket is fab in the colder months!). Also it's always very quiet compared to somewhere with multiple customers at once, which really helps me relax!

Lindsay is awesome, not only is the deep tissue massage incredible and felt a ridiculous amount better after just one session, the amount of information I learned surrounding my injury and how to help myself to fix it is unreal. Iv had 2 treatments for it and booked in for a third, but she’s too honest for her own good, said I could wait to book in to see how I feel, and when I thought to maybe book in 2 weeks she’s said 4 would be okay, my point here is it’s not about making money, it would be very easy for her to not do such an amazing job and keep me going every 2 weeks. Highly recommend!
