I usually come every 5 weeks or so to Simply Hair and Beauty Lounge for waxing - experience is always 10/10. Laura is incredible, always friendly and helps you to feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and experienced in the services she provides. Today I decided to treat myself and booked a facial - WOW. Experience could not have been better. Incredible experience with both my wax with Cam and also my lashes from Georgia! Could not be happier and with the results, how comfortable I felt especially for waxing on my first visit, I felt like I had known Cam forever and could have chatted to her for days, such a beautiful, interesting and strong lady! My lashes with Georgia, she did the best job, exactly how I described them, she was so lovely too even though it’s not a treatment you really chat in, but I felt totally confident I was going to get great results and I did! My second visit and facial with the lovely Chyanelle and I’m hooked. I don’t like my face being touched but I was instantly put at ease and my problem aging skin feels fantastic. It came with a head and neck massage which was pure bliss. Amazing products, calming and professional environment. As Chyanelle had a gap before her next client I asked for a leg massage, which turned into a much needed full body massage and I’ve had the best night’s sleep in weeks. Imelda did a wonderful massage for me today I was so tense & KNOTTED up, she unknotted my neck shoulders & back. Followed by a gorgeous facial, with the tool that SUCKS all the toxins out of one’s face, she’s so good at making one feel human refreshed, & feeling revived. The pressure was higher this time which she asked me & if it was ok’ I was happy for her to let me feel the ‘popping’ of the what felt as though there were hundreds of KNOTS that were very tight & causing my aches, pains & the awful TENSION. I’m on a freer level after my beauty treatment feeling very relaxed, so calm.🙏🏽

2nd visit here and both times I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. She is friendly and chatty and it is just like spending an hour with a friend. The appointment was not at all rushed and I can definitely see an improvement with the radio frequency treatment on my chin/neck area and upper arms. Skin is definitely tighter than before. I still have 3 appointments to go and cannot wait to see my final results. Highly recommend.
