Imelda did a wonderful massage for me today I was so tense & KNOTTED up, she unknotted my neck shoulders & back. Followed by a gorgeous facial, with the tool that SUCKS all the toxins out of one’s face, she’s so good at making one feel human refreshed, & feeling revived. The pressure was higher this time which she asked me & if it was ok’ I was happy for her to let me feel the ‘popping’ of the what felt as though there were hundreds of KNOTS that were very tight & causing my aches, pains & the awful TENSION. I’m on a freer level after my beauty treatment feeling very relaxed, so calm.🙏🏽

Returning customer 🙋🏼‍♀️ As a 30+ year old who’s finally took the plunge to get grown up waxing done, it was safe to say I was nervous. I needn’t be as Brodie made me instantly at ease on my first visit and that led to me rebooking. Great vibes, lovely and comfortable space, felt very at ease. Clearly using quality products, personally a great price point and who doesn’t like that an hour+ appointment feeling like it’s gone in 10 mins. Also for someone who has anxiety about where to park, right outside is perfect for me!! Thanks again & obviously see you soon!

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! My hair turned out perfect! Also my first time having a Hollywood wax and I very quickly became comfortable and didn’t hurt as much as I expected! Thank you Emma that was the best facial I have ever had! The face neck, shoulders and scalp massage with warm oil, the tranquil music and dimly lit room were deeply relaxing I think I drifted to sleep. Such a calming experience and my skin feels amazing.

Absolutely brilliant. I was dreading intimate waxing for the first time but Laura was great, very professional and she made me feel at ease. Quite a painless procedure, hygiene was great, the process was very dignified and fast and efficient. The beauty couch was really comfortable, the beauty room was lovely and smelt of lavender , music chatting and laughter made me feel relaxed. I've decided laura will be my new waxing professional because she's meticulous at her job and a lovely lady, I'm very happy, thankyou 😊

Fran is amazing! I’ve followed her for 9 years which says a lot. Her massages are incredible and she is an absolute perfectionist when it comes to eyebrow threading and intimate waxing. Highly recommend

I have had 2 laser sessions on my face and I am overjoyed with the results. I originally had a consultation for electrolysis and after being told that laser would be more suitable for the area, I felt very unsure about having the laser. However I cannot believe the results even after the first session. The hair has significantly reduced and the stubble shadow/black dots of ingrown hairs are barely there. I will be continuing my journey and I can’t wait to see the finished result. It has given me a new found confidence. I definitely recommend Gaia for anyone thinking of having laser!

Brodie has a beautiful little salon, tucked away on a quiet street with easy parking. She is a first class therapist, did me some of the most pain-free waxing I’ve ever experienced, and was really easy lovely funny intelligent company too.
