Visiting Gaia is the most lovely experience and I’m looking forward to coming back again already! Kaylin was so friendly and welcoming, instantly knew what I was trying to achieve and shared her expert knowledge on how to get my hair back into great condition. I’ll be back to put my hair in her hands as soon as I’m next in Cape Town. I left feeling like myself again and in such a fantastic mood. Honestly this was probably the best deep tissue massage I ever received, and I have recieved many (around the world actually since I have taken this year to travel). Esnarth is a tiny woman, but man does she have some strength! I suffer from achey muscles especially my calves that just become stone. I was in quite a lot of pain when I came in. And she loosened my muscles, abating the pain. If i was a Cape town local I would be making an appointment every week. Alas I am only here for 1 month, but I think I will go in again on my last day.

Wow! Incredible massage. I had a lot of pain in my upper body, shoulders and the lady was incredible at getting out the knots. Pressure was perfect. Honestly one of the best massages of my life. The ambience and decor in this place is also very great. Loved the tea afterwards. I can’t wait to come back next time I’m in Cape Town. Kudus

I highly recommend Zavana for anyone looking for a top-tier sports massage in Cape Town. Zavana was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, she immediately identified my tight spots and I left feeling ‘lighter’ and had instant relief. This was genuinely one of the best sport / deep tissue massages I have ever received. As soon as Abigail touched my calf, what was supposed to be an inner thought, slipped as I complimented her out loud! I will be in Cape Town for an additional 4 days and I am planning to visit Abigail once more! Keep up the good work. Your hands, elbows, sticks and whatever else you have used, are MAGIC!

Always cutting edge treatments, brilliant advice and warm friendly staff. Best clinic in Cape Town (and apparently now in the country too 😉)

Excellent massage therapist. Kellie has strong hands and can find your knots. The location is safe in a beautifully appointed apartment. Small issues using Fresha but you can What’s App and they get back to you quickly. A great find in Cape Town. More Massage will sooth tired and sore muscles while also relaxing your mind.

Not used with Hawaiian Lomilomi before but I will definitely come back again and already are doing so, I do a lot if desk based work and suffer with back pain but not anymore. Esnarth was polite and professional, it was really nice how she listened to me and make sure my treatment was most effective. I'm now a regular as its honestly the best I have ever had in Cape Town.

I strained my lower back right before I was heading to Cape Town for vacation. I could barely tie my shoes since I was in so much pain. Luckily I found out Esnarth works close to the hotel I was staying at. She was able to loosen up my muscles so I wasn’t in constant pain and could actually enjoy my trip thereafter. Esnarth also sent me stretches that I should do to help prevent another back injury. I wish I could find a massage therapist like her in Manchester she actually cares about helping people, would highly recommend.

My nails started chipping at the ends after a week, which was very disappointing as the previous time which was my first time with Shenanigans after relocating from Gauteng to Cape Town, my nails lasted more than a month. I wend back to get my nails fixed but had to pay for the repairs even after I was told that the gel was not applied correctly. I feel it's not fair to charge clients if the therapist did not do application correctly.. Siswe did great job fixing my nails although she was not the therapist who applied the gel initially.

We had just completed a 15 day motorcycle tour and were in Cape Town for the weekend. My body was aching from the over 2500 kilometres of riding and desperately needed a back massage. Deborah was amazing! We had a lot of fun speaking in Portuguese, since she speaks 4 languages. It was one of the best experiences in Cape Town, for me, to have someone to speak to on my own language; any Brazilian would understand, it’s quite amazing to get their nails done and to be chatting at the same time. Can’t wait to go back to get another perfect color on my nails, and to be, again, pleased with the results of gel nail so professionally made by a great professional. Thank you !!!
