My waxing service was done with care and precision, making the experience as comfortable as possible. Had my 2nd Japanese spa treatment with Kelly today. All I can say is WOW! As a person with Afro hair that is delicate and easily tangled, Kelly would be the most gentle and skilled person that has ever handled my hair. I am really pleased to have discovered and visit this salon, despite my 1.5hour travel from outside London albeit well worth it! With their professionalism and impeccable service, I’d consider the salon a hidden gem on the High Street. I’m definitely going to book my third visit shortly.

Amanda was absolutely amazing and instantly helped my jaw relax with the TMJ Tension Release massage. She worked on my shoulders and back which were carrying a lot of tension as a result of my TMJ and then did a fantastic buccal/intraoral massage which really helped me. I was completely relaxed and pain free after the massages and just wish I lived closer so I could see Amanda regularly! If you are considering trying her, don't hesitate- she is the best!

I really enjoyed the treatment. I was looking for something similar in London for a long time. My scalp feels great and it also felt really relaxing, with eye mask, gentle head massage and exfoliation. I really recomment it to anyone.

The therapist was professional, attentive, and took the time to understand where I had tension and discomfort. The massage itself was perfectly balanced — firm enough to release muscle tension but still deeply relaxing. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the personalized approach throughout the session. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and completely stress-free.
