Absolutely amazing as always, had tight IT bands either side ,sorted, then much needed relax, just don't plan on doing anything more complex than tying your shocelaces afterwards, because you'll be completely zoned out !

I’ve been going to Laura consistently for around 6 months now for facials and microneedling. My main goal was to improve my skin texture, tone, and overall glow, and I can honestly see a real difference in my skin (so have my friends!). Laura created a tailored plan for me and explained everything clearly throughout, which made me feel really comfortable from the start. The treatment room is always calm, private, and relaxing, and I really look forward to my appointments each month. Highly recommend!

Second visit for Back Shu Acpunture & Cupping (hip)and once again a really positive experience. Rachel was attentive and took time to check how I was feeling. The treatments itself felt well paced & taliored to my needs with clear attention to areas of tension & discomfort. I visited this fab little shop for acupuncture From the get go I knew I was in expert hands with Rachel. As someone who is trained in accupuncture I was very impressed with the depth of knowledge Rachel has. The treatment was amazing and I floated out of the treatment room!
