I had a truly wonderful massage with Meesha at Mind Body Wellness. From start to finish, she made me feel comfortable and well cared for. She explained each step of the treatment as she went along and made sure to ask for my consent before working on any sensitive areas, which I really appreciated. Mesh’s professionalism and warm demeanor immediately put me at ease. I even asked her about other treatments available, and she took the time to explain everything in detail without making me feel rushed. Her knowledge and genuine care really stood out. As my first massage treatment, I was unsure what to expect and a little nervous, but I needn't have been! Katie put me at ease straight away, with her warm personality, clear explanation of the process, and welcoming environment. Katie's skills, knowledge, regular communication, and responsiveness, created a relaxed and therapeutic experience that extended to the conclusion of the session and aftercare. I look forward to arranging further appointments with Katie and continuing the work she's done already untangling years of tension and knots I've been carrying!

During a previous visit, Meesha noticed I had tight shoulders from all of the hoop and pole I've been doing recently. So for this visit, she done a sports massage on my shoulders and a nice relaxing massage on my back. Felt good as new afterwards. One of the reasons I go to Meesha is that as she also trains hoop and pole, she knows what my body is going through and can recommend the best treatment based on my needs.

Had hydro facial and body sculpture treatment done by Rita and was positively surprised that young lady is so knowledgeable and experienced and kept so professional and I feel well pampered and taken care of. Very pleased with results and looking forward coming back on 2 weeks for another session!!

An excellent massage

This Swedish massage was out fo this world. Needed to get back into my recovery and this was a just an amazing way to start. I was in a relaxation Utopia by the end of the session.

Katie was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. The pressure throughout the massage was excellent — firm enough to work through areas of tightness, but always comfortable. She regularly checked in with me, and we worked collaboratively to make sure the treatment was appropriate and effective. I left feeling noticeably looser, more relaxed, and really well looked after. I’d definitely recommend Katie to anyone looking for a high-quality, personalised massage experience.
