A beautiful treatment from start to finish. A warm welcome from Helen on arrival, she greeted me with some lovely lemon water while she explained how the treatment would be. We talked through how I was feeling so she would know which scents of oil to use. I had a gorgeous facial, deep massage on my arms and chest and shoulders and the scalp and hair treatment was just so relaxing. Helens room was just so stunning along with the calming music played in the background. Highly recommend and will be going back. loved every minute of it.

Seen Amy at her Moor Lane,Crosby site a good few years ago Amy is a lovely girl,she makes you so welcome,I explained to Amy about my neck, shoulders and lower back being a bit stiff and sore and for the rest of the session she worked on my problem spots,and the massage was so relaxing and did explain i might be a bit sore afterwards,but I highly recommend Amy,the only problem I will have now in recommending her is I will find it harder to book another session 😂 Top marks to Amy 👍🏻👍🏻

What an amazing experience. I can honestly say that this was the best massage I have ever had. It went from a typical treatment to a realignment of my body and senses. I felt deeply relaxed and reenergised. The effects didn’t stop there and I had the most incredible sleep. Thank you Rachel. I can’t recommend enough and I will definitely be back.

Had an absolutely brilliant deep tissue massage with Amy today, really needed it too after my lower back became really uncomfortable over the last week or so. Amy listened to what I needed and really applied her knowledge to the issues not only in my lower back and hips but my shoulder and neck. She utilised her knowledge in anatomy and physiology and applied that Tommy individual needs and I can now get my trousers on without sound affects, move much easier than I have for the last ten days and am feeling the benefits of her knowledge and skills . I'm off to book another session! Thank you!

What can I say .. Most of my appointments (usually every couple of weeks) are booked for a much needed relax and brain switch-off, but I also quite often need to loosen up a niggly lower back & tight leg (IT geek, so LOTS of time sat at the desk hunched over a keyboard, despite trying my best to NOT hunch ..! ) Everytime I have a relaxing massage from Amy, afterwards, it's like someone has turned the volume down on the world & put it on slo-mo, definite sanity saver, especially over this last year or so with not being able to travel for a break & recharge as I normally would..

Helen was absolutely wonderful. From the moment you enter to the moment you leave it is a welcoming, peaceful experience. She really pays attention to detail from custom choosing your own scents to a drink upon arrival and exit. I had the head spa experience and it was one of the best treatments I have ever had, Helen really does have a talent! I visited with a voucher however I will definitely be back soon! I could not recommend this lovely lady any more, thank you!

Helen makes you feel so welcome and relaxed on arrival. Had Head Back and Shoulder massage which was so good and relaxed me . Followed by the Japanese head spa which I have never felt so relaxed. It was amazing. The lovely smells of the oils on my skin and my hair smells and feels lovely. Think it was a good combination having the two treatments together. Would highly recommend Aughton Head Spa (Helen) Will definitely be booking again.
